Delivery Information

UK

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 24 -36hrs Monday to Friday. If you require any other type of delivery other than stated in our Terms and Conditions please call our customer helpdesk.

Postage Discount

We are pleased to offer our customers discounts on combined purchases. We are able to offer these discounts to reflect the lower costs of packaging, posting & purchasing when customers buy more than one item. We charge by weight of each parcel not by the number of items purchased. For example, if you purchase one item weighing 99 grams the standard post cost will be £2.95,
If you were to purchase 10 items weighing 99 grams your postal cost would only be £5.25, a postal saving of £24.25!!
We will always aim to dispatch your purchases by the most economic method with consideration for the value of the item(s) and the urgency with which you require them. To achieve this we have tried to offer a number of options for you to choose from.

Standard Delivery / Recorded Delivery : 1-3 working days:

•   All standard post will be sent 1st class Royal Mail, this usually takes 1 – 3 working days.
•   Recorded Delivery will also be sent 1st class Royal Mail. A signature will be required on receipt. This usually takes 1 – 3 working days
•   If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the postman will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
•   Please note that uncollected parcels can be held at Royal Mail for up to a month. It is the buyers’ responsibility to collect their parcel in person from Royal Mail.
•   Unfortunately we can not deliver or despatch on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
•   Orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

Courier Delivery

Local Courier:

•   We are pleased to offer all local customers a highly discounted next day courier service for only £4.95. Local customers can order as many parcels they want weighing up to 5000 grams for only £4.95.
•   All local courier orders placed by 12.00pm (midday) will be guaranteed next day delivery.
•   For Customers to qualify for the local courier discount must live within the following post codes: Liverpool (L1-L40), Warrington (WA1-WA12), Wigan (WN1-WN8) & Chester (CH40-CH66)

UK Courier:

All other courier services to the UK will be with Parcel Force UK. We offer 2 types of courier Parcel Force 48 and Parcel Force 24         Parcel Force deliver Monday To Friday only.
•   Parcel force 24: if orders are placed before 12.00pm ( midday ), your parcel will be received the next day
•   Parcel force 48: will normally take 2 – 3 working days
•   Please note that Parcel force deliver Monday To Friday only, if you order Parcel force 24 before 12.00 pm on Friday your parcel will arrive on MONDAY Not Saturday.
•   Unfortunately we cannot deliver or despatch on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
•   Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
•   A signature will be required upon receipt.
•   If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
•   If the parcel can't be left with a neighbour, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up.
•   Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcodes: AB31, AB33 - 38, AB44, AB45, AB51-56, BT, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-56, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

Postcode Restrictions and Surcharges

Restrictions and surcharges may be applicable to destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly. Items weighing over 2kg cannot be dispatched to the Channel Islands via courier. These restrictions can change from time to time we suggest that you contact us for a quote before buying if you require delivery to these areas.

UK parcel delivery zones

The cost of sending a parcel within the UK depends on what zone you are sending to and from. Parcel Force UK have 3 Zones. Prices and parcel delivery times vary by zone. Parcel Force 24 is only available for Zone 1.
Zone 1 (exceptions), Zone 2 and Zone 3 will be sent Parcel Force 48.

Zone 1

England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding Highlands and Islands. The zone is made up of all postcodes not mentioned in zone 1 (post code exceptions) zones 2 and 3.

Zone 1 (Post code exceptions)

Due to the increasing London congestion charges consignment charges will be slightly higher than the standard Zone 1. Post codes in this zone are commencing: EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, SE1, SE11, SW1, W1, WC1 and WC2.

Zone 2

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE.

Zone 3

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

We currently despatch to Channel Islands, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Greece & Netherlands.
We only despatch International Signed for - approximately 2-8 working days, Cost subject to weight* Please note when placing an order we advise that you select a work address rather than a residential one as our couriers only deliver between 9:00am and 5:00pm. We do not despatch standard delivery to Europe.
The cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page once the delivery destination is confirmed. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
