Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Certain website services will require registration and subsequent access to those services will be subject to an approved login name and password. Any information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. You undertake to ensure that all information which you supply is true, accurate, up-to-date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive and that it is not illegal, unlawful or in breach of any applicable legislation. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Please refer to Returns & Description of Goods section.
We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
The order confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Deals-4-you.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
Deals-4-you reserves the right to modify or withdraw any competitions and/or special offers associated with Deals-4-you and /or the Website at any time without prior notice.
3. Availability of stock
All stocks are subject to availability. If for any reason we are out of stock of the item that has been ordered we will issue a refund for the item immediately.
4. Description of goods and prices
Deals-4-you do try their hardest to give the right information on all products; however errors can occur, so we cannot guarantee the accuracy to 100% of our information. In the event of a typing error with regards to price or carriage , Deals-4-you have the right to cancel or refuse an order even though an order has been confirmed. If funds have been taken from you we will refund you without hesitation.
5. Delivery
This website is only for delivery of products to customers stated on our Delivery page.
Deals-4-you website is mail order only, collections from our main warehouse are not permitted.
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified on our Delivery page. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Deals-4-you shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Customers must report any damaged goods or shortages to ourselves within 7 days of receipt. Failure to do this may hinder any chance of a replacement or full refund.
6. Payment
All orders will be paid in full by the customer before the goods are despatched. Payment can be made by paypal, credit card or by sending us a postal order. Futher details can be found on our Payment page.
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges.
7. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
We offer a 28-day money back guarantee. Some products are excluded from the Guarantee and are clearly marked by a * next to the product name. With the exception of * all Deals-4-you customershave the right to return any product for a full refund excluding the carriage costs both ways.

Please state clearly your reasons for return, and include your full name and delivery address. If a replacement product is required, please state clearly your new requirements i.e.: size. Please keep your proof of delivery receipt safe until your refund is received from us. Deals-4 you will not be liable for items lost in the post. Items lost in transit to us are not refundable, and in this case you must claim from the delivery insurance used at the time of return.
We will offer a Freepost returns service for any faulty or mis-described items only. (Freepost applies in the UK only)
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, UK Customers have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been opened or unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an "as new" condition together with any free gifts or similar.
Our 28-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unused (with any packaging and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (excluding postage and handling charges). Refunds will only be made provided you return the item to us “as new” “unsealed” and in original packaging, also with any free gift or similar offers. Refunds of returned items will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product to the PayPal account or Card that you used to pay for the item.
Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our 28-day money back guarantee. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
In the unlikely event of any of our products being faulty within our six month guaranteed period please call our customer services helpline and we will deal with your problem immediately. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If the item cannot be repaired and we have no direct replacement a better model will be offered or a refund. If we find that there is no fault on the item the cost of the carriage will be charged back to you.
What is not Covered:
• Normal wear and tear caused by use in accordance with the operating instructions e.g. blades, brushes, belts, bulbs, batteries etc.
• Accidental damage, faults caused by: improper use, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, insufficient maintenance, careless operation or handling of the product.
• Use of the product for anything other than normal domestic purposes.
• Change or modification of the product in any way.
• Defects caused by the use of parts or accessories which are not Manufacturer genuine components.
• Faulty installation if applicable.
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Deals-4-you or its authorised repair agents.
• Claims, other than the right to correction of faults with the product covered by these conditions.
• Slight deviations from the specification that do not affect the functionality of the product
Refunds for faulty items will be made within 5 working days of receipt of product to the PayPal account or Card that you used to pay for the item.
Goods are subject to availability. In the event that Deals-4-you are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
8. Notify and and take down policy relating to customer feedback
Deals-4-you does not continually monitor the Website but it shall retain the right at all times to refuse to publish and/or to take down any personal details submitted by a user and/or any message or notice posted to the Website where it reasonably believes that the message or notice is incorrect, deliberately misleading, illegal, illicit, obscene, defamatory, infringing of third party rights or is likely to harm the reputation of Deals-4-you
Upon receipt of notification from a third party to the effect that a message or notice of the type referred to above appears on the Website, Deals-4-you may in its absolute discretion take down such message or notice without reference to you.
In the event that Deals-4-you believes that you are persistently abusing the Website it may in its absolute discretion prohibit you from using the Website in future.
9. Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. 10. Liability and Indemnity
1) Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which may not otherwise be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above point 1), Deals-4-you will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it will be timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website Deals-4-you will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and Deals-4-you accepts no liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.
Subject to the above point 1) , other than as expressly provided in these terms and conditions with respect to specific products and except for the exclusive remedies set out at Section above, any indemnities, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
Subject to the above point 1), Deals-4-you will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent on negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the terms and conditions for any:
• economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
• loss of goodwill or reputation; or
• special or indirect losses
• suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these terms and conditions.
Notwithstanding the above, subject to point 1) Deals-4-you' aggregate liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for loss or damage shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the product(s) in respect of one incident or series of incidents attributable to the same clause.
This clause section 10 does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Where you decide to use the products in the course of a business. In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.
